La Crosse, WI - February 19, 2007 – CybrCollect, Inc., a pioneer in electronic payment processing, today announced the release of TranFusion™. This new Back Office Conversion (BOC) product revolutionizes the way paper checks can be converted to electronic payments by eliminating key
entry in the back office. TranFusion utilizes Midax, a leader in retail store automation and switch technology, to allow merchants to streamline the process of check conversion through the support of NACHA's new BOC Standard Entry Class Code that goes into effect on March 16,2007. TranFusion's unique integration with point-of-sale (POS) systems like NCR ACS IR, ACS 6.2, Scanmaster 1 and 2, ACR, IBM SA, IBM ACE, ISS45 8, Systec, Basspoint, Microtrax/WinEPS, RBS Lynk Integra 2007 and NCR 2127 with BSCIIP revolutionizes, significantly simplifies, and automates electronic check conversion. The initial roll-out targets the supermarket industry, with scheduled releases providing service to all retail merchants.

TranFusion will integrate the benefits of BOC into merchants' POS systems to;

eliminate signature capture at the POS

provide faster funds availability

lower labor costs and increase operational efficiencies

decrease the risk of lost, stolen, or damaged paper checks

eliminate paper check encoding expense

deliver FREE integrated check collection

minimize returns and their associated fees

provide faster notification of return items for expedited re-presentment and improved collectability

BOC provides an incredible return on investment for merchants. A recent study done on behalf of a retail store chain found that Back Office Conversion could “reduce bank fees by as much as 97%, improve access to funds by 54% and reduce losses from the returned items by 20% through implementation of BOC via (check) conversion into an ACH payment (BOC/ACH).
